I'm not naive thinking that everyone at the company will stay forever. I'm building a business. People come and people go. The hardest part for me is to balance the leadership with the friendship. How to act when people don't do their job properly. That's the tough part.
Started the day with some training at Sats. Then we had Friday-lunch at Berns to celebrate that we have achieved reaching the HubSpot Diamond Partner Level. I also signed a new deal. A great day on the moon!
Monday morning and I'm back from the "Inbound days" in Boston with HubSpot. We start the week with breakfast and an M3-meeting as usual. Right now we do a lot of improvements internally with our processes to create more efficient project planning and reduce stress.
This day was spent at Smådalarö Gård where we had this years second kick-off. I did a recap on this years goal and talked about where we are at the moment in relation to our goal. We did a couple of practical exercises that Tommy Roos held that were focused on the individual.
We are starting the week with team breakfast meeting. I'm out on two meetings and I also talk about our "peer 2 peer recognition process" that we just implemented. I explain how it works and why I believe in it.
Also, Martin turns into the happiest guy at the office when he receives his new MacBook.
It's Friday and we are heading to K25 to eat lunch. In the afternoon, I sit down with Tommy Roos from Mindset to talk about our upcoming kick-off at Smådalarö. Last conference we were working on iGoMoons core values and what we believe in.
I'm kicking off the day at Café Saturnus. Then lunch with my friend and Big P. I also continued the work with our agreements, especially the English one. In the video, I talk about the purpose of an agreement, and how it should set a foundation for the business relationship.
Martin thought he could beat me in ping pong, which will never happen - as you can see. In this episode I'm working on a new updated version of our agreement and pricing table. I also have a quick chat with Carl about his inbound strategy work and upcoming Hubspot master training class.
