About this position
The goal of the CRM Specialist is to facilitate the use of the HubSpot platform for our clients. Working across the entire HubSpot platform it is the specialist's role to review, advise, configure and implement the platform as the client requires. Working with clients on specific projects ranging from a 30 - 90 day implementation project.
You implement and run content campaigns, leverage marketing automation and use social media to build strong customer relationships. This includes using the inbound marketing methodology, holding discovery workshops, training, and onboarding customers in all HubSpot platforms. In the CRM specialist role, you will always need to keep track of HubSpot platform updates and SaaS/Service company’s marketing and sales challenges. As a CRM specialist you BDRs in the sales process. You are responsible for the customer success and responsible for helping customers achieve the best-performing- revenue pipeline. You act as a project manager in different projects and you are responsible for staffing the projects with the right resources.
Tasks
- Strategic setup and configuration of the HubSpot platform
- Identify ways to improve usage of the CRM
- Provide consultancy support with HubSpot to allow our clients to maximise their usage for the system
- Map and build customised reports and dashboards
- Train/onboard teams on how to use the HubSpot platform
- Identify and be proactive on ways that our clients can be more efficient within the HubSpot platform
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Work strongly with the Solutions Architect team to create bespoke scopes of work
- Run demo’s of the platform and support BDRs with platform expertize in the sales process
- Build and set up workflows (automated processes) and standards or
- Migrating and implementing data into the CRM
- Work with sales, marketing and service teams to map and build their processes
- Hold external workshops
Area of responsibility
- Provide guidance and expertise in CRM processes, technology, and CRO-strategy in HubSpot.
- Onboard clients on HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs and help integrate with other platforms
- Provide technical leadership on CRM setup and processes, and how they integrate with marketing automation platforms, business intelligence tools, and marketing databases
- Support the creation and implementation of sales enablement and SalesOps strategies for client
- Develop sales, marketing & service dashboards in HubSpot to help clients measure performance, and track KPIs which can eventually lead to smarter decision making
- Develop and implement strategies to manage sales data, data validation, and cleansing; Lead efforts in managing client CRM databases, including data integrity, data quality, data sync/integration
- Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems and issues
- Provide hands-on HubSpot training for internal users and external clients, as needed

Desired skills and abilities
- 2-3 years of experience supporting CRM functions
- Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot preferred OR equivalent experience using similar platforms
- Experience in CRM setup
- Strong ecosystem solutions, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, email service providers, business intelligence tools, marketing databases, etc
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, including lead generation, demand generation, CRM marketing
- Experience in implementing comprehensive sales enablement strategies
- Experience partnering with sales and marketing executives
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports
- Experience presenting to clients or executive-level team members
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and independent management skills
- Solid business acumen as it relates to sales, marketing & service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- The skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to bespoke requirements
- Ability to manage several different projects at once
- Great communication skills to build relationships with clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills - reporting to key stakeholders to present the project
